Up to 12 pads can be connected simultaneously, while an onboard sequencer facilitates playing or practicing with preset patterns and songs. For ultimate live playing flexibility, up to 100 different drum patterns and 50 original songs can be stored and easily accessed. The TD-8s V-EDIT function allows drum sounds to be completely shaped and tuned via Rolands COSM modeling technology -- all in a manner that mirrors the selection and tuning of acoustic drums. Its flat-top design and easy-to-read backlit LCD makes viewing and editing of functions easy, especially during performance.
